Where is my order?

We are unable to look up your order. Please verify the inputs.

Have you received my order?

once an order has been placed, you will be sent a confirmation email along with your order number. keep a hold of this incase we need to contact you in the future.

When will I know my order is on the way?

once we have processed your order at our warehouse, you will be sent a second email informing you of dispatch and will include a tracking link so you are up to date on the location and arrival time for your parcel.

I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

if, for some reason, you have an issue with your order then you need to contact us ASAP due to our warehouse processing your order once it has confirmed. You can contact us here.
